Align and Refine your practice, a great class for new students! Traditionally in Hatha Yoga, asanas (poses) are held longer with attention to alignment along with focused awareness on pranayama (breath control) and meditation. Excellent for all levels!
Power Vinyasa flow classes are vigorous yet accessible sessions. Utilizing fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking the body and breath your movements.
This class runs 60 minutes with two different breathing techniques.  Four elements presented are foundation, alignment, breath, balance and movement. All Traditional Hot Classes are done in a heated room of 105 degrees with 40% humidity.
Hot Pilates consists of a full body, low impact, high intensity workout. This class focuses on muscle strengthening and fat burning using the Pilates principles. All of our teachers are IHP trained under Gabriella Walters. All IHP classes are done in a heated room of 95 degrees with 40% humidity.

“The Jamie’s are a phenomenal duo! Their love of yoga and life make them amazing teachers! They have cultivated a community that welcomes all. I am so thankful to be a part of their tribe and I’m ecstatic to see their vision of Sangha Yoga come to life!- Nicole Y.”

“I have been practicing yoga for a while now and I have had some amazing teachers. Jami is definitely on that list. I think I knew from my first class with her that I was going to get so much more than just the physical practice of yoga. I love how real and present Jami is in every class, I love how she brings knew knowledge and I love how she truly sees you. The evolution of my practice was due in huge part to the Yin practice that she brought into the spotlight. There is something so special about that type of class paired with the beautiful essential oils that she brings, they add a deeper level for me that has truly gotten me through some things in life. I just truly appreciate her presence in this community, she has been such a blessing.-Heather”

“Jami provides space for people to come as they are. Her gentle guidance has helped me both on and off the mat. Jami facilitated my yoga teacher training and generously shared her expertise and heart. Her wisdom and encouragement allowed me to grow deeper into my personal practice as well as become a teacher-Sharon C.”

“I’ve been looking for a yoga studio for a long time; I tried several in Pacifica I wasn’t crazy about. A colleague invited me to a Yoga and Thyroid workshop, where I met Jami Bailey. She was at the front desk, where she greeted me and thanked me for coming, since I was new. She is always so welcoming and makes you feel at home. I was so impressed by her knowledge of the body and anatomy, that after the workshop I attended her Yin Yoga Class. Jami is such a strong leader, even though I knew nothing about the poses I was totally comfortable and felt taken care of in her class. I am now her biggest fan and LOVE Yin Yoga, as stretching is one of the most important healthy aging applications. I won’t go anywhere else!!-Isadora D.”

“The idea of hot yoga had always sounded horrible to me. I hate my body, hate how it moves, and can never be hot and wearing less clothing in front of other people. My first class I just layed down through the whole thing and cried and then my entire psyche about it changed taking Jami Bailey’s class the next time around (which only happened about a year later). I felt so incredibly loved and taken care of. So encouraged to continue in the practice. The healing that began to occur between my “self” and my body is really a journey in which what happened-and continued to happen- in that hot room was a highlight. Jami is uniquely special in that she is highly sensitive and attentive to her students’ needs. I never thought any healing would happen in front of a mirror. I accredit Jami Bailey to being the most unbelievable spirit guide ever.-Heather”

“I love going to Jaimie’s classes! He has a heart of gold. His smile and positive energy are contagious. I always leave feeling better inside and out.-Kaila Ellen M.”

“I solemnly testify that Jami’s yin yoga is the bomb dot com of Yin yogas, most healing and most relaxing yoga ever with profound, non-obnoxious (you know what I mean, how at times this is not the case in yoga land) sometimes hilarious teaching with great heart, spirit and a Taoist influence. I’m only open to trying hot yoga at Sangha, nowhere else. Hot yoga scares me but I trust these guys!-Nicole Y. “

“One word to describe JMan… Refreshing! I truly love taking Jman’s classes. Bikram can be one of the toughest classes to get through but somehow Jman makes them light and fun, he is like the cool air in the room. I appreciate his sincere greetings every time I see him and he has a power to just lift your spirit when he comes around, kind of like sunshine. I feel like he brings the best version of himself to each class and when I leave I feel like it was more of an experience than just a class. “
