He drums to the rhythm of the breath while simultaneously guiding practitioners through challenging sequences.  He communicates his passion for yoga and music by transmuting his inspiring energy into the practice. Join Neil Wadhawan for a special heated flow donation-based class featuring his signature drumming.

Chakra’s & Oils Workshop
Saturday, May 25, 11 AM to 1 PM

Did you know each of your 7 Chakra’s bring forth the facets from Creator Source into your physical body? Your direct life-line comes from having all 7 Chakra’s 100% open and spinning. This is where your spiritual power lies. In this workshop you will discover how to maximize connection to the infinite part of yourself using Essential Oils and yoga poses. Here you’ll find a map to guide you along your transformational journey.

Sangha Hot Yoga Classes

Hatha Yoga

Align and Refine your practice, a great class for new students! Traditionally in Hatha Yoga, asanas (poses) are held longer with attention to alignment along with focused awareness on pranayama (breath control) and meditation. Excellent for all levels!

Heated Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa flow classes are vigorous yet accessible sessions. Utilizing fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking the body and breath your movements. 

Hot Yoga 60 Minute

This class runs 60 minutes with two different breathing techniques.  Four elements presented are foundation, alignment, breath, balance and movement. All Traditional Hot Classes are done in a heated room of 105 degrees with 40% humidity.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates consists of a full body, low impact, high intensity workout. This class focuses on muscle strengthening and fat burning using the Pilates principles. All of our teachers are IHP trained under Gabriella Walters. All IHP classes are done in a heated room of 95 degrees with 40% humidity.

Hot Yoga 90 Minute

This class runs 90 minutes and is always the same 26 postures with two sets along with two different breathing techniques. All Traditional Hot Classes are done in a heated room of 105 degrees with 40% humidity.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is slow paced asanas practice. Postures are held for longer periods of time. Moderate stress is applied to the connective tissues of the body. Yin yoga increases flexibility and joint circulation. 2 min – 45s holds for beginner students, max five minute holds for advanced students.
